As I read down the list, I had to chuckle a bit. Believe it, or not, there was a time in law enforcement that we were taught to fight by the "Marques of Queens-bury" rules, or so to speak. Then someone came up with the brilliant thought that the criminals were not fighting fairly, so why should we have to? So, the rules changed to doing whatever was necessary to ensure your going home at the end of shift.
