With so many different models and options choosing a 1911 and really understanding what is what can be a pain in the rear.
Here are two buyers' guides to help ease the confusion. They are both long, so book mark them and read/refer to them as needed.
The first one is one that I wrote, which is more of a broad overview of makers, and desperately needs to be updated...now that SHOT Show is over I should get on the ball and do that....
