Guys, I'm looking for a nice big revolver to add to the safe. I want to stick with a revolver for sure. I already have a Uberti 45 but now I'm looking for something a little more modern. Maybe even something to put a scope on. I've been kicking around the idea of a 44 mag. Whatever it is, I'd like large caliber, loud, and just down right obnoxious. Any ideas on what might fit bill? Oh, one more thing. I don't want something too crazy that I can't find factory ammo.

Oh, one more thing. I don't want something too crazy that I can't find factory ammo. How is finding .454 Casull? Other than that, I think about anything other than .44 would be hard to find, right? Just don't go with a short-barreled .454, as they can cause bullets to "jump crimp" due to the violent recoil. |
